Warming Up & Stretching

 

Before getting inside the car before every session (free practice, testing, qualifying, race), your body needs to get warmed up in order to help your performance.

 

We provide you a booklet with some movements and exercices to be done before jumping in the car. We assist you during that stage in order to give you advices to perform the warming up correctly.

 

Stretching is also an important point of your fitness. Qualified as massotherapist, we will help you in performing efficient stretching pre & post session with some technics and providing some massage.

 

Training Program

 

 

 

Building up your fitness during the year is important as well.

 

We are helping you by building for you the program you need to perform during the year. We can provide during the year some exercices tests to evaluate your performance.

Performance Follow up

 

 

 

Using a software developped by Red Bull Racing F1 and McLaren F1 Teams, we can provide a full service to follow up your performance and helping you in improving your global health performance : analysing your recovery, heartbeat analysis during and post effort (while training or racing).

 

We can help you as well during your training session through all the year with the same kind of analysis and advicing.

Physical Enhancement

 

In the word motorsport there is sport !

 

Driving need full mental focusing, so your body shouldn’t be interfering with your concentration. A full prepared body will ensure your mental focusing for longer in the day.

 

The higher you will get in category, the more demanding the car to handle will be! So starting early to train your body and fitness, will ask you less effort in the future to adapt to stronger/faster car.
